Who owns the domain?
You do. It is registered in your name from day one, and it stays yours if you cancel.
What happens if I cancel?
The site goes offline at the end of the paid period. The domain stays yours and you can point it anywhere.
Can I get my money back?
Yes, on the first month. If you do not like the first draft, tell us within 30 days and we refund the $29.99.
What counts as an update?
Text changes, new photos, a new section, a changed phone number or hours. You get one hour of our time each calendar month. Unused time does not roll over.
Which domains are included?
Standard .com, .net and .org names. The first year is included. After that the renewal is billed at our cost. Premium-priced names are not included.
What is not included?
Online stores, booking systems, custom programming, logo design and more than about five pages. Ask us and we will quote those separately before you commit.
I already have a domain. Can I use it?
Yes. Tell us the name on the form and we will walk you through pointing it at the new site.
