Prices

The price on the page on the day you send your request is the price you pay. We confirm it with you before sending a payment link. Nothing is charged through this website in version 1.0.

Website plan

$29.99 a month or $299 a year. Includes a site of about five pages, a .com, .net or .org domain registered in your name for the first year, hosting, an SSL certificate, two rounds of design changes and one hour of updates per calendar month with no rollover. Domain renewals after the first year are billed at cost. You may cancel at any time; the site goes offline at the end of the paid period and the domain remains yours. The first month is refundable within 30 days if you do not like the draft.

Canny Cleanup

$149 for an email problem, $299 for a slow computer or malware removal, per device. Work is done by remote session during business hours. Requests received before 2pm Pacific on a weekday are worked on that day. If the problem cannot be fixed remotely, we tell you before any charge. Back up important files when you can; we take care with your data but cannot guarantee recovery of files that are already damaged.

Stack audit

$500 flat. You receive a one-page written recommendation within three business days of sending a complete list. The savings figure is an estimate based on the information you give us. Cancelling or changing any subscription is your decision.
