Questions about cleanup
How does a remote session work?
We call you, you open a one-time support link, and you watch us work on your screen. You can end the session at any moment by closing the window.
What does same day mean?
Requests sent before 2pm Pacific on a weekday are worked on that day. Later requests are worked on the next business day.
What if it cannot be fixed remotely?
If the problem is failing hardware or the computer will not start, we tell you before charging anything. Customers near Palm Desert can bring the machine to the office.
Do you work on Macs?
Yes. Windows and Mac, desktop and laptop.
Do you need my passwords?
You type them yourself during the session. Never send a password by email or through this form.
