If a warning tells you to call a number
Do not call it and do not pay. Those warnings are web pages made to look like Windows or Apple alerts. Close the browser, or hold the power button if it will not close, then call us.
What we do in the session
Remove the malware and anything it installed, reset the browser, check that your email and saved passwords were not touched, and tell you which passwords to change.
What it costs
$299, flat, per computer. No diagnostic fee and no hourly rate. If the machine cannot be cleaned remotely we tell you before charging anything.
Where we work
Everywhere in the valley, remotely: Palm Desert, La Quinta, Indian Wells, Rancho Mirage, Indio, Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Bermuda Dunes.
